Terms and Conditions

1. Subject and Application

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "General Terms") govern the relationship between MULTI SERVICE SOLUTION COMPANY D.O.O. ZA POSREDOVANJE I USLUGE (hereinafter: "Company") and clients (hereinafter: "Client") in connection with the provision of recruitment, staffing, headhunting and other related services.

The General Terms apply to all contracts unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

2. Services

The Company undertakes to provide recruitment and consulting services in accordance with the contract concluded with the Client.

The Company does not guarantee the success of employment or fulfillment of requirements by candidates, but acts as an intermediary in the selection and employment process.

3. Contract Formation

A contract between the Company and the Client is considered concluded when the Company confirms acceptance of the offer in writing or when the Client accepts the Company's offer.

Verbal agreements are valid only if subsequently confirmed in writing.

4. Company Obligations

• provide contracted services with due care,
• maintain confidentiality of Client and candidate data,
• act in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia and GDPR.

5. Client Obligations

• provide the Company with all necessary data and documents for service performance,
• pay the agreed fee in accordance with the contract provisions,
• use received candidate information exclusively for employment purposes.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are determined by contract between the Company and the Client.

Unless otherwise agreed, the payment term is 14 days from the date of invoice issuance.

In case of payment delay, the Company has the right to calculate statutory default interest in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The Company and Client undertake to maintain confidentiality of all data obtained during cooperation.

Personal data processing is conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and relevant Croatian regulations.

8. Liability

The Company is not responsible for inaccurate or false information provided by candidates.

The Company's liability for damages is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. Contract Duration and Termination

Contract duration is defined by individual contract.

Each party may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Final Provisions

These General Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.

For all disputes, the competent court according to the Company's registered office in Novigrad has jurisdiction, unless otherwise prescribed by law.

If any provision of these General Terms becomes invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
